Militia seems to ignore neighbor city tile being attacked and doesn't send reinforcements.
How do I change that, so they would follow (previously) usual behavior to help each other?
Only thing I found in .INI is "if reinforcements are allowed (ALLOW_REINFORCEMENTS=TRUE)" mentions, yet there is no such option to change.

Thanks, it's here. It werks! for existing savegames.
Well, thread moves to next question - would changes here affect savegames, or could I somehow change that within savegame files?
