 I'm seeing various scopes like:
Laser Sight
Rifle LAM
LAM 200

Which is best?

I think that the LAM 200 grants a night time bonus. Is it safe to say that the Rifle LAM is better for longer distances like 30 tiles? Thanks in advance!

Those are lasers, not scopes. Not all of them fit every weapon so you can only choose from certain lasers for specific weapons. If you don't mind the camo penalty the "best" laser would be the one with the longest range. This can be seen in the description box along with the other properties. Depending on which mod you use there may be other lasers with different properties.

 There's no field that says just "range." Of the 3 lasers I listed, does the Rifle LAM have the furthest range? Thanks!

Looks like you are using OCTH system because there is no "To-Hit Bonus" in NCTH. I would debug that if SVN was up so I can download the latest code...

I fixed the laser range display issue for OCTH in r8478. I also added the missing compare functionality for laser ranges and fixed the ToHitBonus display which was missing for crouched stance.
