Where do I find the aim level bonus that each click gives. I want to find out if guns that only have two aim levels are really more accurate per click than a gun that has four.

It gets calculated in Tactical\Weapons.cpp. So you need to read the code.

i dont understand this table.....

accoring to aim level tooltip description in game, the fewer aim levels a gun has the better. is that true?

If you are playing with NCTH then indeed fewer aim levels are better because you need to spend less time to reach maximum CTH.
