Hello.

I have 1.10 version of Vacations and I use improved exe with vacations ini.

Where I can increase the capacity of the heli? Can´t find it. Can I change that later? I remember at some point on some unstables I changed the amount of passangers.
Where is that setting? Can´t remember... It was 6 and with increased squad size someone is left behind.

And I want the grenades explode on impact. There is a delay now.

There was talk on Vacations web page about Skyrider and getting him as pilot being a bit complicated. Does that still apply?

Capacity for vehicles is defined in Vehicles.xml. You need to change the <SeatingCapacities> value.

Search for option DELAYED_GRENADE_EXPLOSION and set it to "FALSE". The default should be "FALSE" anyway or at least it was.

Thanks, I´ll try to find that.

Enemy threw three grenades and it took a turn to explode. I don´t know what kind of grenades they were though.

It could be broken grenade that explodes with delay even in official 1.13

Don´t know if that works but on page 10 on bug reports and fixes there´s something about delayed grenades. I need to check it out, I like them to blow up right away.

I thought I changed the grenade delay setting back to explode on impact in the 'refreshed' version of v1.10 - where I fixed some omissions to the base v1.10. In any case, others ansered where you can change that setting (thanks).

Skyrider, if not recruited, should act the same as in vanilla. If you recruit him he loses his piloting ability - you can still fly the helicopter but not very well (every time I tried it crashed).

I'm on vacation so I may be slow to answer.

Thank you for answers, I´ll try them later.

I really like your mod, edmortimer. And I like the AI fixes also. Earlier I tried Revisited which I also liked but Vacations feels better at the moment.

silversurfer and sevenfm were both right. DELAYED_GRENADE_EXPLOSION is false so the grenades were broken. Never had three on a row.

About vehicles, in <SeatingCapacities>. Which is which? Heli and ice-cream truck for example.

Don't vehicles have a name in AV? Every vehicle is defined in a parameter block like this (1.13 heli modified for 10 seats):

Yes, Silversurfer is correct - all the vehicles have a name. Remember, vehicles are 'characters' - so they have the same index number as they have in MercProfiles.XML

@Meo80 The av installation places a file in your main game folder named "NewRecruitables.txt" - it will tell you the details about Skyrider and all the other new recruitable NPCs.

I've made new install because I think my old was messed. I haven't had any problems so far. And I found the settings for the vehicles, thanks for pointing in right direction. @ed, I noticed that new recruitables file, I'll take a look.

@ed. Do you have something where I could see bigger changes compared to for example 1.08? (Like starting cash has increased.) I usually don't make much changes to game myself, so I don't look at ini much but is the ini only place? I've read the stuff you have on your homepage.

@sevenfm I use your exe on my play, can I update exe without starting a new game? I mean that when you update your exe, will it break something if I use the updated exe on my on going game?

No, but enemies can detect your traps if their skill and experience is high enough. If not -> *booom*
