I was wondering:
If there is a high level blackshirt (colonel) "leading" a group of redshirts (mostly cpls) and then I kill the colonel:
Does it effect the redshirts morale at all?
are they more likely to retreat if I kill a high lvl friend in their field of sight?

I am going to quote Flugente's answer from another topic on same subject:

Keep in mind that by lore the regime is rather brutal, so them not disbanding against suicidal odds has at least some justification. Of course that is kinda against them running away or surrendering...
