Hello. when i am in above mentioned map option, i can marl some sektors with RMB green, yellow, red. Whats the purpose of that?

Red sectors mobile militia will not go to, while green ones they are allowed to. Yellow ones they can go to, but won't leave that sector once there. So basically a way to give mobile militia instructions where to station/patrol.
