hello, is there any purpose to kill all them?as soon intake sth like from L10: Malino they get crazy and all wanna kill me. is there any use of killing them or stay friends with them?

 Hale and Burton should make a powerful foe, so be careful around them unless you want a fight. They are generally better equipped but their security staff should not attack you unless at night where they will treat you as bandits. Other factors that may result in them attacking you would be that you have shot at them or stolen an item that belongs to them.

 How would they know if something's stolen from their compound, if no one sees the thief ? It's happened in my game and i've been wondering about it. Seems that the Hale & Burton employees can magically detect if something is stolen and by who cheeky

I'm referring to if you have been spotted stealing an item owned by them. At night security will attack you regardless. If you have a save of them attacking you or some time before the actual attack please post it.

 I don't have any save and if i did, i wouldn't know how to post it here. Don't know how to move screenshots to this website either. But i do remember that while in daytime i've had some of my mercs talking to Babyface and the foreman or manager, whichever was it, Shadow, on stealth mode and crouched, sneaked in a nearby room to steal an item .It's daytime and no one has line of sight to him, yet as soon as he picked up the item, all hell broke loose.
Normally this shouldn't be happening, haven't seen it since vanilla but some mods are maybe more picky on certain aspects ? or a minor bug ?

 Sounds like the stash is marked as belonging to Hale & Burton. If a stash is marked with an Ownership item (like Kingpin's stash in Vanilla) then taking it instantly alerts that Faction the Ownership item is assigned to.

 Most likely. Makes sense. Same way that Kingpin knew that i had stolen his money but didn't know about Joey stealing from him.

I found Hale and Burton NPC to respawn within a few minutes after entering an other sector (the same goes with militia for example in the outpost sector). Even if all their colleges were killed by you a minute ago, the respawns are neutral unless it is night. Because the company employees are well equipped fast respawnig creates so tempting exploit...
