Ok, so I started modifying the reg_mercs to add a tactical vest instead of the tank top on the characters, I already did all the animations of the .sti files which are found in JaggedAlliance2ClassicHD\Data\Anims\S_MERC but there are only 22 animations and it miss those of death or waiting for example. I've been through the game files without finding it. To finish the mod I need to find the other animations, someone can help me please ? angel

 You may find more anims in the Anims.slf which can be extracted using a program like Dragon Unpacker.

Ah thanks Hawkeye I will do them, and sevenfm yeah but it's a little bit weird like superman with a tank top over his tights and I prefer a more guerilla design anyway.
