Hi there,
I am playing the newest Build of Depri.
I have a question regarding the game mechanic of relations between mercs.
During a battle at a Sam Site (counterattack) every member of my squad got a -9 relationship modifier to my squad leader. Overall most of my squad has negativ relation to one another.
How does it work. Why Incompetend Leader? What can I do to improve my relations and how important is it?
