Hello, first of all I apologize for my English, I introduce myself, I am Zydar, I am new to the forum, I have played the jagged saga for many years, I played 1, then 2 and there I stopped, they got caught
In the majestic mod 1.13, I must thank you for all the development and updates generated here.
Leaving aside the introduction, my favorite weapon is the Barrett m82a1, I could use it in Jagged UB. But once I started using the masterpiece of mod 1.13 I saw that it is not among their weapons.
Instead I found the Barrett M82a2 (the design changes completely).
I would like to consult a knowledgeable member of the forum if there is any revision of 1.13 that has the Barrett m82A1? Thank you in advance.

Maybe you can find the M82a1 in one of the mods like AIMNAS but not in stock 1.13.

It is not a version of 1.13 per se, it is an additional item mod that can be installed over your existing version of 1.13. It adds/replaces tons of guns and equipment. The last version can be downloaded here and it was made for 1.13 version SCI_JA2v1.13_Revision_8675_on_GameDir_2475 but will probably work ok(-ish) with newer ones. It's easy to install, you just extract it into your ja2 folder that has 1.13 installed already.

LatZee Thanks again, I already installed it, it works, this is the barrett m82a1 as you said, I'm happy happy

The only problem I notice is that it is quite slow, is there anything I can do or configure to improve it? (I am using in win10) ja2.exe compatibility win8 running as administrator

On Windows 10 you need to apply one of the available fixes. I listed them in this thread (you need to scroll down a bit).
Personally I preferred the registry fix but I don't run Windows 10 anymore.

Hello again, checking a bit I saw that there is a folder called documents that includes compatibility with windows8, I followed the instructions copy the attached files and the slowness was solved, thank you very much silversurfer for the assistance and the answers, thanks to this forum I already have J2 configured as I like ready to play. thanks again

Hi Silversurfer, I have one more question if it is not annoyance, I am editing with Merc Profile Editor some aspects of the characters, what I wanted to find is if there is a way to leave a merc completely mute. but that the other merc continue with their dialogues.
From within the game there is an option in combat that is to keep silent, I click it, but when killing an enemy with the silence set, he speaks again warning the enemy down. thanks again
