What is on sector F10 and why civilians start attacking me when i enter it? Is it connected to that i killed kingpin? Pls tell me in spoilers

also is it possible to continue my game normaly if i started fight with that blue civilians or it will be too hard? i killed everyone at h10 should i start again

 There are no 'blue civs' in H10.

If you are referring to the Hale & Burton staff in F10, it may add difficulty. I was hoping to make fighting them a lot more tougher, but this has not been heavily tested. If they remember that you have attacked them before you will encounter more hostiles in other maps.

yes i was meaning hale and burtons. i hope it wont be hard like it was in uc. i hate those dudes
