Hi, this is Francis from South Korea.
I've been a huge fan of this and wonder anyone interested to make a Korean character.
I personally have all mixed accent in English, but I think I can mimic a specific one.
(An Irish old man aka my lifelong friend taught me how to speak in English, spent teenage watching MTV (american) and now have a Russian girlfriend and we communicate in English. Russian accent is the best)
If you want me to be a North Korean (People's Republic of), or a корeйский (Korean-Russian), I can do that.
(Я рлохо говорю по-русский but least I can try)
I'm just new to this community (have known this site for seven years but never singed in) and don't know how to participate.
I can also translate to/from Korean but I believe that I am the only Korean still playing this game.
(And Korean requires UTF-8 and it may needs the whole text system updated. JA2UB has official Korean release tho. I have the CD. So it may be possible. IDK.)
So anybody knows how to or willing to join with me, please let me know.
Thanks.
(I can't spare much time these days to check this site. Please contact me via email:

여기서 한국분 만난다면 정말 정말 반가울 것 같네요..ㅋㅋ
아마 교포까지 합쳐도 저 혼자일 것 같은 기분ㅋㅋㅋ

Good to hear that there are modders still interested in making new characters.
If anyone needs detailed background story (e.g. mandatory military service of every male in S.Korea or SaeMaUl movement in 1990's that probably made this country recover from 6.25 Korea war.) Ill explain to ya.
