Another think what would bring more reality in JA3.
Compatibility of clips is very limited( eg.U can use a 30 round mag from Glock18 into Glock17 but U can't use it in Bereta92 or CZ-75 even they use same ammo).
So the clips should be an extra item and ammo should be first attached into clip before clip laded into gun.
Empty clip should be dropped automaticaly while reloading.
Filling clips during combat should cost SO MANY APs.
So the useability of gun would be limited by aviability of ammo and clips.

Sorry.English isn't my first language.
When I wrote clips meant that thing what must be loaded with ammo and than loaded into gun.

So You smart guys can you reveal me the secret of difference between clip and mag? :silly:

Magazine- Holds the bullets inside of it, and is attached or detached to a rifle.

Stripper Clips- A slim piece of medal that serves as a 'guide' for bullets. Instead of putting the stripper clip in the gun (with the exception of the M1 Garand), you insert into a slot at the top of the gun, and push down on the bullets. THe bullets then automaticly "stack" into the magazine of the gun.

Thanx.I got it in Czech it's clip=ramecek or pasek
magazine=zasobnik.

(example: Mauser K98,M1 Garand uses clips,M16 AK47 and any modern pistol uses magazines)

So clips can be used for filling up the magazines.In czech army is the ammo 4 rifles (Vz.58, 7.62x39) often suplied in 10 piece clips.

How about duct-taping a couple of magazines together for easy reloading? It could cost half the current action points needed to reload because the magazine is right there and you don't have to pull it out of your pocket. Eh? Eh?

right you can get coupled magazines, and you can get Beta Mag's for just about any military weapon. With Beta Mag's you wouln't have to worry about duck tape, 100 rounds at your disposale.

Yeah, after all you ARE a proffesional merc. Though the ducttape idea is nice for the low budget idea for when you just landed. Then when you progress in the game and you start to run into regulars and elites you get coupled magazines like the ones on the Kalashnikov site.
