Couldn't help, but ask this, I noticed most of the mods seem to take place in Arulco much of the time partly to make things easier to set up since it takes a really, really long time to build an entire world map.  I wanted to have a list of mods and total conversions that take place outside Arulco since it would feel more fresh that way.
