While my skepticism is at an all time high, about the game being made, I agree with your observations.

I would like to see if Mercs get along enough to
stay on your team... In my life I worked with plenty of places were I didn't like co-workers... I didn't just be a baby and quit... In the end I found away to get my job done...
i recall in regular Ja2 .. after Sydney tells you to keep Haywire away he wont renew until you fire Haywire... He could even be on the other side of Arulco .. A scenario that is ridiculous

For JA3 I would prefer a work environment where disgruntled employees frag their co-workers.
This sort of thing is bound to happen when you mix lethal skills & equipment with short tempers & high stress - as in JA1, 'Nam, and real-life mercenaries.

High-priced professionals can be expected to act professionally; but cheap hired guns won't have a reputation to preserve, and will resort to theft, murder and desertion without much provocation.

Good Points... However the programming that it would take to allow you to be in your control of your team... Then take it back for one of these incidents would probably be exremely complicated... I think a good leader, manager, coach can get teamates to work together ... Take American Football for example 52 man roster... They cant all possibly like each other... Their are plenty of big ego's and they are not all highly compensated... They seem to be able to get along well enough to do their job!!!!

There are quite a few things i would like to see in JA3. Not so much new things, as old things brought back.

1. Deadly games broke a lot of ground for JA i think. It had a very different way of doing things and was set up on a mission by mission basis instead of a nonstop campaign. Although this was not nearly as fun, it had a "one shot, must win" feel for it. And, all your mercs were in top condition and fully rested for each sector. It would be cool if you could have this option in JA3

2. One of the coolest things i loved about DG that i would like to see revived is the chainsaw. I mean how cool is it to cut down trees? I would go nuts making a tripped out map where you would have to chainsaw your way out of the maze. Anyway, the chance to alter the terrain like that is a big plus, and i dont know why it was extinquished in ja 2.

3. While we are on the topic of chainsaws and "hedgtrimmers" why not bring rueban back?!? I thought he was a damn cool merc and me and my buddies always got a kick out of him and his dialogue.

4. It was a great plus in DG where if all else failed you could whip out your gun and blow the hell out of lock. And it would tell you "lock hit" or "Lock miss". I think that rocks, and in some cases i just want to blow a lock off its hinges and go through a door, its a great effect and should be brought back.

5. Last but not least, the way you could blow up items (dynamite, grenades etc) by shooting them. I remember one mission i was playing in DG where Hitman zigged when he should of zagged, and got blindsighted by enemies in a corridor. It knocked him down and he was about ready to kick the bucket, but he was surrounded by enemies and had some dynamite on him. Well i made him drop it and shot it with my other merc, and it was coolest sacrifice i have ever seen. I went on to the win the sector BTW Wink

Well these are just my ideas from past JA's that i would love to see in the upcomming games. I would really apprecite it if anyone would wish to reply to my ideas. I am not sure if its just me or other JA fans would like the same.

Thank you gentlemen.
