it should work... i just went on to the site and download both files (in pdf and doc form)... make sure you download from the free public servers (not the High-Speed Servers for FilePlanet Subscribers) if you cannot download it, email me and i'll send you the files Smile

Ok, now I'm feeling dumb. If I click on 'download' it redirects me on http://www.fileplanet.com/ and from here I can't find the Patusco's guide (in the JA2 file section there are only patches or demos).

I'll be glad if you tell me how to do or sent me the txt or pdf version (the important thing is that is the last, the 1.3)!

PS: It is so clear that I'm Italian?

I too need some help. Sold my home 6 months ago and bought a new one. I have spent weeks trying to reorganize my collection of board games, painted miniatures and computer games. I have also spent my few "free hours" playing Civ IV as I just retired after 30 years in corporate security for a large bank.

I am now ready to return to the JA2 world but have hit a brick wall. I have the original JA2 and upgraded to 1.06, plus I have UB and Wildfire plus a dozen mods created by the community here but they are scattered over 2 tabletop computers and several CD's. I cannot locate my copy of Patusco's great guide nor can I find my instructions for using the cheat that allows you to convert in-game items to other in-game items. I know about the 'GABBI' cheat codes but don't use them but my notes on the cheat that allows me to change my useless items to ammo, armor, better firearms, etc appear to have gone astray. Many, many of the previous web sites that held this info are no longer up and I'd like to get back to UB, Wildfire and try this new one (now that there is an English translator patch) so any help would be appreciated.
