The best source of jars is the hardware store in Balime. I start stockpiling them there before taking on the Crepitus. After the queen is killed, I send 3 mercs there in the helicopter to load up with all the jars they can carry, and they head back into the mine to "milk" the queen. I've never bothered to sell the jelly; I use it for armor upgrades.

Hey, that's a nice map that I hadn't seen before. Thanks for the link.
I suppose "best" is subjective, but I like Balime because you can leave a merc stationed there (with militia protection) to check the seller's inventory each day. Balime also has two other stores to check (Balime's stores sell some of the most useful items in the game), so it's a great place to station a shopper. There are plenty of jars available in Balime - sometimes a dozen or more at a time and all in 100% condition. If I left a merc out in the wilderness with Gabby, I would be concerned about patrols entering the sector.

Hum... maybe the makers of the game we're jsut a little sadistic and wanted us sadistic players to pick up blood! How about a Dracula/Vampire mod!? Anyone here want to drink it? :gaga:
