I escorted the POW's to back to An Loc but dunno what else to do from there. I see other places on map but can't acess them from anywhere. Everytime I try to use skyrider the game crashes. Is this end of game or am I missing something?

I hope I'm posting this in the correct thread, but would appreciate any help. (Spoilers follow...)

I seem to be at a dead end by the Shanga (boat). I've managed to open all the zips, I think, including the code gotten from rescuing Bullock (that was the D9 zip, right?) Finished all of An Loc, rescued the POWs, and went back to the boat. But there is no transition tab on the boat, and I can't find any way to board it to continue.
Yes, I feel stupid. I've fiddled with this final zip code and boat for several hours now, and I'm at a loss to what I could have done wrong. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm. I'm on C16, the sector with two boats, one named "Shanga". It just says it's "jungle", not "river exit", but neither of the boats seem to "work". There are no tabs on them to allow entrance, as with heli's. Am I doing something wrong, or have I just stumbled into the wrong sector? I cleared this 'boat' sector before I found Bullock and unzipped D9, actually. I wondered if that could have something to do with the problem.
Edit: Gaaaakkkk... Never mind. I found the River Exit sector. Using your clue and the list of loaded-but-unvisited sectors, I found one sector that I could actually reach that hadn't been available last time I looked. I feel like a fool. Thank you so much for your help. *slinking away now*
