Invisible & inaccessible talon grenade launcher[message #343950]

At Chitzena (A3) there is a talon grenade launcher showing up in the inventory but not on the map. It is not accessible, neither ingame nor through the map editor.
I've read on some other post, that the function of the talon grenade launcher has been removed, so I guess that's the problem.

Is there any way to remove the item?

Version: JA2 1.13 + AR 1.4 (Strohmann's adaptation)
