Just downloaded the mod, installed it over 1.13, and patched it to 2322, 2124 etc...
But immediately after the Sirtech logo the game freezes and "Runtime Error Press ESC to Exit" appears on the left of the screen.
Running Vista, tried all the .exe's (in compatability mode's as well). Used TRUE and FALSE for loadscreens, nothing seems to work.
