Hi Tuisk, I looked at your pic, a couple of things, the door to the storage room with the rocket rifles looks open? I thought this is what you were trying to open?
The other door north east (up and right) of the storage room, it has a green / blue card reader on it and an indentation of a mirrored letter 'S', this door uses a keycard dropped by the guys you killed. Look at the sector inventory, there should be a card you can use.
When you open that door, you will find three research rooms. There is a scientist in one of these rooms who will open the door for the storage room with the rocket rifles. I am not sure how you opened the rocket rifle door, rumor has it that nothing opens this door, no lockbuster ammo, no mechanic, no explosives.
