Problem Instaling 1.13[message #343668]

Trying to get 1.13 up and running by using JA2 off of GOG. Before installing v1.13 ja2 works, after I isntall it it keeps asking for a couple of .dll files. I am running windows 10 fyi.

Am I installing this wrong or is there another file I am supposed to run.
