How do you use sandbags to build fortifications? I bought empty sand bags, I tried at the drassen airport and then the drassen mine and then Omerta (where I know there is a tileset for sandbags) and none of the places work. Sand bag in main, shovel in offhand. I read somewhere that I have to enter 'build mode" rather than "combat mode" but looking at the hotkeys I don't see how to get into build mode. It is NOT shift 4. I want to use sand bags to work out since I read that it helps build strength. If anyone knows how to use them to work out I'd appreciate it.
Edit: on windows 7 Ultimate using JA2 gold 1.13 7435 with the update 7609
Ok I just figured out how to enter build mode. Click the shovel (right click) and enter the shovel's item description box. Then click the shovel picture and it will say build mode. I entered build mode. Will update when I can figure out how to build strength. I'm surprised there are no messages for this.
