01. What is technicly required for creating a new quest?
02. Which files are involved?
03. Can it be done without coding?

Quests.lua and quests.edt are probably needed. And likely email and npc-scripts if npc should trigger something related to quest.
History, the xml allready said that coding is required. Oh, content might be needed as well.

What else might be needed for quests?

Let's say, I want to add the UB-quest for destroying missiles, since the AR maps come with a missile silo anyway.

Or wanted to add a new quest for the Briefing Room. Those somehow doesn't seem to need code changes,
but there is close to no information on Briefing Room available.

Any words of advice? Where do I start? Is there even a guide somewhere I'm not aware of?
