One minor feature that I think could be a good addition would be the automatic equipping of our mercs.

Say you would set a general template for all mercs, one that covers a gas mask, gernade, and break light that would be cover automatically equiped on every single merc. If there is not enough to set the template. One could either base it on squad number (squad 1 gets dibs), or by a player made importance ranking (your most important mercs get dibs) More individual templates would cover weapons and armor. and you can set exclusions from templates if you wish.

One advantage of this is if you want to prepare your mercs with the right equipment and dump everything else. This would make the equipping process so much less time consuming, allowing the players to get one with the real meat of the game.

yes, I do tire of playing "Merc Dressup" (as I call it) after every mission. I always try to give my mercs a basic load-out (two Grenades, Combat Knife, Two throwing knifes, Two clips of ammo, Gas mask, 3 Break lights, and Two Smoke Grenades and a L.A.W if I have one Smile
