I have the original, "official" patches and the Readme if anyone wants to host them contact me.

As a temporary solution I'm putting them up via the eMule P2P program. http://www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?l=1

Great!! Thanks LCJr. I need to reload this game since I got my new super duper gaming computer.

This is a great game. Initially there were some frustrations with it due to bugs and codes not working right, but even then it was still a wonderful game.

I believe it really captured the spirit of JA with it's storyline.

Any chance this might get converted to 1.13?

Saw the files had a few nibbles but not much got uploaded. Finally did what I should have done in the first place and cleaned everything out so they are now the only files available.

Still not sure what my max upload speed is with this ISP. Right now it's at 48kb/s so don't expect anything superfast.

Do I *have* to install the patch 0.1 in order for the mod to work properly or can I install only patch 0.2? On the european net site you have left the link for the patch 0.1 cannot be found anymore...

Also, do I have to patch up JA:UB in order to install the mod?

Yes you need patch 1. And it's still up and so is the main mod and readme.

Yes also need to patch UB. Also be sure to set the campaign to SOG 69. Set weapons to "Tons of Guns" and start with a fresh IMP, it's been reported importing a character causes problems.

Thanks for your reply LC... but I'm afraid that the patch truly *is* missing from that site! First, when you click on the link and that small window pops open yo can see that it's size is 0kb, and then when you click on the download link you get a report that "The server has not found anything matching the request address", which means that it's obsolete...

Any alternate ways in which I could get my hands on the patch1?

Also how do I insatall all of the files in that "readme" zip?

I emailed Jazz about it. Might try again in a few days. I don't know of anyone else hosting it.

Readme is just an html file. Extract everything to the same folder and double click on vietnam_sog.htm.

OK it's fixed.
