The heli is in Drassen airport. It doesn't seem to have any vehicle inventory. Where can I find the rest of the vehicles? I only used the Ice-cream truck a few times, but I didn't like it... Now I wish to check the vehicles for their inventory capacity (NIV)...

Hummer: at the sector directly to the west of Balime, talk to the guy and give him 10k, return a while later and take your new hummer with you.
Ice cream truck: around, can't remember the exact locations but roads in the northern part of the country.
They are identical except in appearance (as far as I know at least).

Lucas-sanOnce you find the Ice Cream truck you have to talk with Hamous, and pay $250 to hire him.
If you kill Hamous before recruiting him, you won't get the key for the Ice Cream Truck (I suppose that A.I.M members don't like searching the rotting corpses of Metavirians)...
Maybe he has left the key at the truck..... :blah:
