So everyone knows that there are lots of weapons you can find throughout the game that have attachments already on them that they wouldn't normally support (e.g., a VEPR rifle with a PSO-1 scope attached). Once you remove the attachment, you can't put it back on.
So I was wondering, when you find something like this, does the weapon still get the benefits of the attachment even if it shouldn't be able to support it?
