So this topic is about what kind of character from another game would you make using the IMP? Tell us what perks you would give them, what stats and what weapons and armor.
I would make Solid Snake or Snake, for perks: Stealth, Knifing or Hand to Hand kind undecided about which. Stats: 75 Health, AGI 85, DEX 70, STR 80, LDR 50, WIS 80, MRK 85, EXP 55, MED 55, MEC 55.
I would give him a sneaking suit but that isn't in the game...so I would give him specta armor instead with a FAMAS, XM16E1 or P90. With the SOCOM MK23 pistol.

Marksmanship: 32 (well, he used a shotgun as a club...)
Explosives: 21 (he could make some basic bombs)
Medical: 27 (basic first aid)

traits: lock picking + electronics or lock picking + hand to hand
equipment: leather jacket + sun glasses + .357 Magnum
Marlboro Man:
Level: 3
Health: 72 (heavy smoker, but good form in general)
Agility: 79 (really agile, a rodea champ!)
Dexterity: 88 (fixing up the bike, good fistfighter, rodeo champ, sharpshooter)
Strength: 68 (maybe a bit more, dunnno)

It doesn't really apply to the Game Universe for me but the Book universe, 2 characters popped into my mind from the Vietnam Ground Zero series [Eric Helm], if any of you know of them.
Mackenzie ' Mack ' Gerber - Captain of a Green Beret Detachment near the Cambodian border, highly skilled
Anthony 'Tony ' Fetterman - Gerbers right hand man, very deadly in martial arts, jungle warfare etc
Edit : Another series that could be good for in game characters is '' Devils Guard '' - its still debated whether its fiction or fact about ex Waffen SS in Vietnam, but they make interesting characters.

Total newb to the game here (waiting anxiously for the game to arrive from an eBay purchase), but here we go...
To simulate Max Payne's bullet time, is there a trait or stat that could be set so as to drastically increase the number or chances that interrupts to occur?
Interrupts are like having more time to react, a la Bullet Time?
