I'm damn near halfway through the game thus far, and I still haven't found a single locksmith's kit. I used up the one from Vinny's gearset, then fired him and hired Magic, and I'm starting to wear his kit down too. Where are they hidden?

Also, is it just me, or did they remove the ability to search cabinets, drawers, under beds, etc?

I usually get some from now to then from enemy drops..

You can still search them. Atleast last time i played Smile
