I'm currently in sector I14 (Alma) and from the tactical view there are still enemies present. I've searched the whole area but can't find anyone. If I send one of my mercs down into the mine and come back out again, the enemies appear immediately.

I believe I have the same bug with svn rev 6585:
A patrol is attacking the destroyed high school of Cambria. Vince and the militia defend the sector. It's the middle of the battle.
2 enemies are visible and 8 red dots are accounted on the strategic screen for that sector. As soon as the two are killed, Vince says one of his victory lines and the sector looks friendly. After searching, no more enemies are found. I can move objects in the sector's inventory on the strategic screen but I can't leave the sector through that screen because it's "hostile". Six red dots are still visible. On the tactical screen, civilians agree to talk. I can leave but I lose loyalty. When I come back, the 6 remaining enemies are sharing soldiers slots with the militia and a fight starts.
Everything looks OK After the second battle, except that I lost loyalty.
While I was on the strategic screen (before the second fight), the "Militia" menu (the fist button) behave strangely: the button to assign automatically the militia through the sectors of the town created more militia each time it was clicked, and dispatched them to the truly friendly sectors of the town. I had groups of 26 militians ...
And another thing:
When the sector was in its strange state with non existant enemies, I tried to attack the militia. At some point, Vince was hiding on a roof and a message said "Vince hears a faint sound of movement coming from none of your merc have any medical ability", instead of "below".
I kept a savegame with 2 visible enemies and one with 1, one at the beginning of the day and one at the beginning of the hour before the attack.

mglEven with my hourly and daily savegames, the attacking patrol seems broken with non existant soldiers.
It probably is my mistake, but investigation takes time, because the cause of the problem and its symptoms don't seem to have a direct coupling.

Vince was the first on the roof and the enemies followed him and often had an interrupt when they reached it.
I didn't know they could climb roofs with stracciatella.
What's so special about climbing?

This is an original error. This always happens when you save a game during a battle, anybody has died in this battle already and you load that savegame.
