1- "ERROR: Failed to open "C:\Program Files\Jagged Alliance 2 Gold/Data/music.slf"

this is I find extremely stupid: 1.13, wildfire, gold 1.12 all can run without speech, music and intro

some people are not using desktop computers to play this game and ssd disk space can't be wasted on some z grade voice actor trying to do 5 different voices.

2- having to have a JA2 folder in my documents is idiotic at best.

Would be easier to put the *.ini in the zip and say 'dump this in your JA2 dir'

if I compile this myself will I be able to fix these 2 problems? or does it require more editing?

3- the 640 x 480 is a killer on displays that are designed to use higher and more exotic res... at least AT LEAST the 800x600 should be made available as it's essential for lots and lots of ppl
