You can just get a single file from SVN, so it doesnt take an hour to download. I usually download my SVN copy into a seperate folder from my actual game directory because the SVN is not designed to be an auto-update service (although it is ok at this).
So I have my SVN folder in Games\JA2_SVN\ - so I can go into this folder, find "Data-1.13\TableData\Map\ShippingDestinations.xml" and delete it. then I can right click on my JA2_SVN folder and go "SVN Update". I'm using Tortoise SVN with the explorer plugin. It will then go and get any missing or outdated files, so if I was up to date it will just get ShippingDestinations.xml
I keep my SVN folder seperate so I can vet changes and also because I need to update 4 copies of the game, but this is the recommended way to do things regardless.
I keep my actual game in Games\JA2_GOLD. My final tip for using SVN is when I want to copy all the files from JA2_SVN to JA2_GOLD, I dont want all the .svn folders in each subfolder to copy across.
So what I do is copy all files from JA2_SVN into a third, empty folder JA2_TMP.
Then I use this script found here http://weblogs.asp.net/jgalloway/archive/2007/02/24/shell-command-remove-svn-folders.aspx . It installs a right click menu option to delete all the .svn folders under a subtree of folders. To install this, copy the light blue text from that site into a blank text document. rename that text document deletesvn.reg. then double click that file to install the command. You might need to close your explorer window and open it again to see it.
But the above little command saves a lot of time pulling out the .svn folders by hand. The reason you want to copy to the third folder and do it there is that you want the .svn folders in JA2_SVN (or whatever you use) so that SVN works the next time you update.
Now, if you really dont want to do the above post again and I will put the file up. Sorry for the wall of text.

There is a chance to lose shipment option in the ini editor. Also, Pablo steals shit if you did not know already. Pablo stealing shit is also an option in the ini editor.

When ordering from Bobby Ray's Guns and Things, all items bought are spawned in the exact center of the chosen playing map. In order to equip items, right click chosen multiplayer sector (Just like in single player when loking at sector inventory). All items not equipped or dropped from initial starting inventory will be placed at the center of the chosen sector map.
