Hi guys,

I conquered all Drassen, killed Doreen, train militia in all sectors and I have around 30% loyalty. Also, a strange thing, head miner in Drassen is Oswald, not Fred as I thought (is the position of head miners random ?). I am not able to get him to mine for me. Also I'm not able to get Father to send the supplies to Omerta ( Ira talked to him and offered him something to drink but nothing happens). Can you help me please ? Thanks !

 1. miners in vanilla and 1.13:
1.1 first miner you encounter is always fred (no matter which town it is - he has this 'other headminers'-line, doesn't he?)
1.2 miner in alma is always one certain mr. duncan (dynamo's little brother)
1.3 the others are indeed randomized

2. miners in wildfire (russian)
2.1 you need different loya to get the cash (triggered with the headminer)
2.2 may be they have a different 'random'-pattern - i simply don't know

Father talk with Ira doesnt work for me either. I have WILDFIRE 6.04, i speak to father with Ira, then he asks me to drink i ive him 2 beers and he starts chatting about how bad queen is but still no mention about food. My only guess is because even though i own Drassen it is on 0% loyality

 usually when Ira talks to Father Walker he responds with "Ira!" You might want to start an earlier save if you are concerned with it.

 Father Walker is pretty bugged in WF. I always had to talk several times to him (with Ira oc)

can anyone verify that certain loyality number has to be reached before talking to father? I know that for miners you need 30% loyality

For the headminers You do need between 30% and 85%. (6.02, 6.04 never played higher versions)

This depends on Your attitude, Your leadership but mainly on the headminer.

Fred is the cheapest, Oswald the most expensive (in loyality not in money)

To take the payroll (the guarded silver in the boxes near to the headminers office) without trouble loyality must be even higher.

You may take it after the guards left.

I solved both Drassen problems. I'm playing Wildfire 6.04 btw.

1) Father - he helped me when I had 35% loyalty, talk to him with Ira, morning time.
2) Oswald - he started working for me when I had 35% loyalty, talked to him with Thor (48 leadership), I had Sydney also talked to him (40 leadership) and it seems isn't enough.

No, Chitzena was the first city. It seems like Fred is always in the first mine you visit.

I could't convince Oswald to work for me with a town's loyality lower than 80 even with a friendly 90leadership IMPress.

I never heared something like Your statement in the German WF-forum.

Am I suppose to go back to Omerta and talk to Miguel after Father helps me ? I got the message that the food was delivered to Omerta. I went back there and I couldn't find the entrance to the basement where Miguel, Ira & Dmitri previously were. I only find Pacos, Fatima's son, and he is no help to me.

 The rebel hideout is in sector A10 in the most northern house. Just go into the house and hover your mouse on the stairs. You should get a leave sector icon to go down into the base.

yep ... in drassen i needed 30% of loyality to finish the food quest, for miners to start digging for me and for militia to be trained

Try this combo: JA2 Gold, 1.13, H.A.M. 3.5, Wild Fire Mod (or when combined with 1.13=6.06), and Smeagols A.I.M.

Father send food to Omerta, when I had 30% loyalty in Drassen. I talked to him with 70pts of leadership. Then Oswald start working for me too.

That Oswald guy is realy a joke... In my current game hes head of Grumm Mine and just wont work for me...

City loyality is 97% and my leadership is 98... man what else can he ask for!?

Hm tried it again with loy 100% and leadership 99... still didnt work.

Then i tried all my mercs in that squad. Buns, Brain and Scream failed. But Scully and Thor made him work for me instantly.

I checked proedit for those mercs and I think it has something to do with the entry

"Merc-NPC approaches: Effectiveness"

Both Scully and Thor have the attitude friendly and proedit shows, they have effectiveness for friendly 200% and 210%. Explains why it works even with their leadership only around 75 each...

EDIT: 2 days later the Headminer said they were running out of ore, and the mine closed another 2-3 days later... what a waste of my time Laughing
