Is there a way to change the resolution of the game when playing versions prior to 1.13? Also, can it be set so that it plays in a window rather than full screen? I'm playing the Demise of Man mod, which I couldn't get to install in 1.13. The problem is, it occasionally still locks up and when it does, because of the resolution (and that I'm playing full screen) I often can't get cntrl-alt-del to pull up and be visible.

Is there something that I can add in to the .ini file that will work in earlier versions?

anything other than 1024 does look rough..... Smile
There is a hi-res mod ( 800x600) which makes early mods look better , I currently am using it with Reconquista , though it alters things I believe , if a mod has it's own exe . Might be worth trying though , just remember to try it out on a copy of your install....
It's in d/l section .
page three... Very Happy

ALT+X out of any freeze or lock-up works 9 x out of 10.

Only thing I did was right click the exe, properties, compatibility. Check the compatibility mode box, Run this program in compatibility mode for.... OK button. That is all I did. Doesn't make sense but it worked. The game went from freezing up at laptop initial screen to playing with virtually no freezes.

Thanks for the suggestions. Hadn't heard of the Alt X command, the mod, OR the compatibility mode.
