Kaerar,

When I used this SCI, I pointed it to the folder I use,

C:\Talonsoft\JA2 WF v1.13

and instead of installing to Data, Data-1.13

it created a folder called JA2 1.13 3287 exe SVN@1203 Full and put Data, Data-1.13 there.

I just moved them up one directory and overwrote files.

JA2 1.13 3111 exe SVN@1194 Full.exe did not do this,
it actually overwrote Data, and created Data-1.13

So, was wondering if this was intended or not?

Hmm, that could be an error with compiling the SCI (oops). I thought I had got that one out lol.

I'll be uploading a new one soon anyway, so for the moment it's not biggie, but thanks for bringing it to my attention Smile

Hi Kaerar, Sandro's thread is closed, I wanted to try his stuff but want HAM 3.6, is that possible? Remember when Headrock told me to use 3.6 because I had the 6 aim click limitation in 3.5, that's why my next game will be with 3.6.

Actually I talked to Sandro about using HAM 3.6 with STOMP and he says that it isn't compatible. You would have to check each bit of coding between STOMP and HAM 3.6 and add HAM to where it isn't in STOMP. If you run into an area where there is code for both STOMP and HAM 3.6, then you've got a problem.

AKA, it's time consuming.

@Sincleanser: This is what I thought as well, both HAM and STOMP do their magic by using their own executables, when you start the game you can only pick one executable.

Sandro would need to check his code into SVN and add a flag to the INI like everyone else does, this way you can turn on / off what you want from STOMP.

I discussed the possibility of using DLLs and including IF statements which check if the DLL is present and then branch out into the DLL code, this way you can keep changing your DLL code without having to change the base EXE. However I believe we haven't done this yet, so this is new to us.
