I m playing JG2UB. I have been to sector H6, 7, 8, I9, 10, 11, H11, I12 and 13. Right now, I am in I13. I have no clue if I should go east, west, south or north....any help?

I've not played UB for a loooong time, but as I recall...
Toggle SpoilerThere's a big-arsed fan on the last base-sector.There's a bit of dialogue somewhere that specifies it turns off around midnight. If you're not that patient, blow it up with your 'splodey-maker of choice and voila! You've got an entry-point.

VresiBerbaI haven't reached the fan yet, I'm still at the map where you meet Biggins, I13. Biggins blows up the mine entrance and blocks it. I've blown away the rubble with two TNT's, but I still can't enter the mine, it's a big red X when I hover over the mine entrance.
I've never had Biggins blow up the mine (I always hire him), but it sounds like that makes it inaccessible. You probably don't really want to go in there anyway.

No. You can't really go "in" the mine anyway. It's a teleport to another sector, and it's not a good way to arrive in that sector (it puts you in a bad position, and you can't go back the way you came). Consider yourself lucky to have avoided it.

Yes, you're right (sorry about that). I suppose it has been nearly 10 years since I entered that mine, and all I remembered about it was that it pissed me off that there was a one-way teleport at the other end; so I never went back in. I found quite a few 40mm grenades in there just now - nothing terribly important, but nice to have anyway.

The trouble comes when you try to exit that room (or perhaps when you try to open the crates); it's a nasty surprise if your mercs aren't ready for it yet. I still wouldn't recommend it for anyone who isn't very good at JA2. Of course, if you're into reloading when something goes wrong, then you can do whatever the heck you want - you're immortal.
