Now I'm working on the sound files by scrounging them from the games with WavePad. After that I just have to learn how to set the lips and eyelids thing, and where everything goes... though frankly, I'm hoping someone who already knows this would like to help me set that last part out.

Good work so far and imo a good idea.
Of course, Duke Nukem would be a real nice merc to have in game.

...but when it comes to his stats it could be a bit difficult to decide for the Duke - after all he is such a hell of an ass-kicker that he'd need 99 everywhere, much like mike in ja2. :crossbones:
