I'm going through Sir-Tech's campaign and it just seems ridiculously hard. I was able to get the original JA without any reloading just fine, but I'm on about mission 16 or 17 or so and it just seems impossible to beat these missions without saving/reloading. I have Magic with a modded M14 and he only does 15 damage a pop, meanwhile there has to be at least 25 enemies on the map. What the hell?

Did you change any enemy settings before you started the main campaign?
Maybe using a variety of grenades will get you through.

Is there any mod or any possibility that removes or at least increases the turn time limit? It's very annoying to lose the mission just because the last wounded enemy runs away, and I run out of turns chasing him. This is why I stopped playing after the first mission.

Ah yes the good old times when games were difficult. I remember I was quite pissed off at this particular feature myself, but what is life without a challenge? Smile

Also, if I remember correctly, there always was a way to do it in time, you just had to think outside of the "just shoot them" approach.

I remember using GameWizard to freeze the time limit - I hated that limit.

Unfortunately, once the game got to Mickey, it crashed every time. Haven't played since.

you set that when you start a new game. If you can't deal with limits you just set it to unlimited turns or one of the middle options.

And it helps if you have a team not just one merc soloing.
