I wonder if anyone knows the answer to this.
In my defense of Drassen from the massive Drassen Counterattack, I created a vast minefield which was very successful. Unfortunately, the friendly mine director decided to take a stroll outside of his office immediately after the battle and had his legs blown off. Before I could reach him he was dead.
Anyway, now I have no mine director in Drassen. It didn't occur to me what effects this might have. I already controlled the mine output at that time. Now I am wondering, if I temporarily lose control of that sector, if I will be able to regain mine income. I can't remember, if you have to speak with the mine director each time you regain control of a mine sector to resume receiving income or whether mere control of the sector provides income.
I can't reload prior to the man's death. Will I ever be able to regain mine income if I lose control of the sector - now that the mine director is dead?
