This may be a sign that I've been playing too much with Razor and Haywire in my A team, but recently I was messing around in the XML editor and changed the regular severed head into a throwing weapon. Basically the idea here is Razor carves a turkey, then chucks his head at the next redshirt, hopefully causing said redshirt to cower in fear.
Yeah, I know it's not a very tactically sound move compared to just knifing the redshirt, but it seems like a fun and very in character thing for Razor to do, and I am considering an all-psycho A team for my next playthrough.
So, is there a way to crank up the suppression from the severed head? Also, would reducing the deadliness get rid of the critical hit ability? Thanks.

Using a squad of trigger-happy madmen as my primary attackers just plain sounds fun. And it's something I haven't tried yet, so I may as well.
Do that and...
Kill every single person in every single sector.
Razor and Haywire take heads and keep them in a *TRASHBAG! (damn assholes)
Razor has a quote along the lines of "Kill all Arulcans take their country or kick them out"
