How do you change the talking heads for the IMP mercs?[message #273105]

I recently started playing Urban Chaos fpr the first time. It's tough but I simply adore how many possible recruits I can have. After I robbed a casino I couldn't stop grinning for a few hours. But there is one thing I noticed: The modding crew replaced some talking heads from vanilla for the IMP mercs. I know that the Pic they used is Chavez Ding from Rainbow Six, but my question now is: how can you do that? If someone please could just tell me which files to extract or replace I would be most grateful. If you can also tell em how to change the IMP merc voices I even throw in a beer or two should you ever come by.

I'm trying to create a mini-Mod, which everyone should be able to implement. I will read further into this. And I just found out, that now I do have an account, I also have a search button...

Could someone direct me to the place where I can change Merc Stats and AIM pages?

Merc stats can be edited using the PROEDIT tool in Binary Data, most of it's self explanatory. I can't remember about the AIM pages but someone will know.

Unfortunately the search function is a bit limited from my experience, there is a lot of fat that could be trimmed here, which doesn't really help when searching. The info is out there, you've just trawl through a lot of stuff to find it.

Face files for imps do not match the number for imps in prof.dat; that only links to the voice choices. Imp faces are the 200 series (since you get to choose from several).

& those who don't remember history are CONDEMNED to relive it...

This proverb I am using has many incarnations, because it wasn't told by only one person in history. condemned to repeat it/doomed to relive it etc. etc.

It has the same meaning, I lifted mine from MGS I think.
