Its impressive! The forum is on fire right now, which is even more impressive considering the game gets older and older. When I joined I think there wasn't nearly as much going on as right now.

I say the forum has exploded since I last visited. That was like 6 months ago. Then it was around 1300 members I think!

Large communities are great, especially because of quick response time!

Anyway, if Silent Storm will fulfill it's expectations, it'll be as close to ja3 as we'll get...and on first sight it'll be pretty damn close too.
Demo is about to come out by the way. ('halfway this month' should be around...now! :cheers: )

I can only say THANK YOU GUYS!!!! for developing such a superb combat system. I've developed and played book based RPGs for years and before finding this beauty was sorely disapointed by other unwealdy video RPG systems. This game has been like a dream come true in that I was going to go to school to develop a video game based on a combat system very similar to youres but now I don't have to.
You really only have to develop another map and story line to make a smash hit of a game. Although I have several suggestions for minor improvements to you're system it really doesn't need anything. After a while you can tire of even the greatest book, movie, album etc. so all you really need to do to send us one million back out to the store is write another story with the same system. If I'm oversimplifying what you actually would have to do I apologize but I'm someone with a boatload of game systems and story line but without the computer savvy to make it happen. I suppose I'm on the other side of the coin.
If you guys are running in to any trouble with stories, etc. I'd be more than happy to help and work cheap too! Again I've developed several systems over the years based on mathematical averages, etc. and the story lines are (if I could be so bold in talking about my own product) novels unto themselves.
Well, anyway the purpose of this letter was mainly to THANK YOU for such a cool game. Working with you on a new version would be a dream come true indeed.

How's it goin' Jack! I was wonderin' when I'd see a post from somebody I know on this sight and since Alred is the name of the baddest character you had in a RPG (up until that Argon you have now that is) I figured it must be you.
Well, judging by some of the other posts I've seen here it looks like another Jagged Alliance is definayely in the works! There's a cool part on this sight where you offer suggestions to the next game. Now, I don't know if anybody's listening to the things that are being proposed in the 'wish list' but my biggest wish is that if they do another game it functions pretty close (if not exactly like) the JA2 we all know and love! Look foreward to seeing some more Alred posts. Take care man!
