"Jagged Alliacne 2 v1.13 is a mod for the Jagged Alliance 2 game."

But wasn't the last patch version 1.12? and then came patch or mod 1.13?

1) does the link be senseless or not?

2) no 1.14 would not be correct

3) last oficial patch: 1.12 - all unofficial is 1.13 V??.

Yo Smuck, Your link is not working, at least not for me.

The latest official patch from the developer was 1.12 like Gorro said.

Sometimes there is not much of a difference between a patch and a mod. For me a patch is from the developer and fixes game bugs while a mod is from the fan community and adds new things to the game.

However it can happen that the developer adds new things and it also can happen that the fan community fixes game bugs, although the later is more rare without adding new things.

In this sense 1.13 can be viewed as a path because lots of code bugs have been fixed (probably hundreds) and it also can be viewed as a mod because it adds new things like NIV, more guns etc.
