~~Why do you want to use the feature specifically for portraying magnifying scopes to portray a non-magnifying sight?~~ Never mind, I get what you're wanting (though why mention the NCTH Scope Mag Factor when it has nothing directly to do with the request?). Also does the stock v1.13 Reflex Sight give a Flat Aim Bonus? As far as I know this is the nearest equivalent to the OCTH Aim bonus.
