I'm having the same problems as Luppolo: I'm moving WF 6.06 maps, tilesets, radarmaps, and npcdata folders over to the JA 1.13 folder but am getting garbled maps as a result. Something isn't right here. Ran, can you explain in detail how you successfully performed this?

Yes, I played an entire campaign using the WF 6.06 maps. A few wrong sprites (for instance ceiling vents instead of rooftop sandbags) but nothing too bad.
There was a problem with mine foremen only sometimes appearing. (Had to wait a few days and keep trying until they appeared.)
