When I enable SLAY_STAYS_FOREVER, the INI editor says you also have to set ENABLE_ALL_TERRORISTS = TRUE.

I can't seem to find this option in the ini file
ENABLE_ALL_TERRORISTS = TRUE

Does anyone know where i could find this option?
