I wonder if anybody got Line of Sight or
Display Cover to work in JA2 Stracciatella?

I read about missing tiles in stock JA2 which should
work with JA2UB file.

Can someone confirm this?

but for those of you who have not found out yet (or deliberately left me in the dark Smile

get the file highl3.sti from ub and copy it to your ja2-data directory:

3386 bytes: data/tilesets/0/highl3.sti

Display Cover and Line of Sight are working just fine now.
