I killed Pablo at the beginning and Salvatore took his place. Hes the good one. I like to keep cheap, low end mercs in that sector to train and unload the crate when shipments come in. When they don't come in you can talk to salvatore and he'll usually tell you there's a problem. At one point I stopped receiving all my scheduled shipments from bobby ray's. Salvatore's says it just arrived on the plane and he has no time to check it. What the hell...

as soon as you capture the airport, make a small order to bobby ray. when the shipment arrives, pablo says stuff is missing, just punch him. he'll wise up and never be a problem again. note: don't do this with a merc who has martial arts skill as they will kick his head off.
