Hey guys, havent been here for a while due to real life problems, used to do animations quite often but then something happened in my life and i had to stop without telling you guys, so now im back playing Ja2 1.13 (not sure if i gonna make animations again) but i always wanted to know...

Why in 2085 Sniper Militia and Enemies were sitting on the roof most of the time, and with LATEST version, they stopped? i just remember when they used to be there all the time and were protecting area, which was so awesome, now i see them on a roof and then climb down as soon as possible...Any ideas why that was removed? and any possibility to return that feature?
